That must be an error. As per the contest's terms, which were provided by the broker itself:"*New accounts are subject to approval. If an account is not approved, Vantage FX will provide a cash prize, to be determined at Vantage FX discretion (minimum of half the value of the trading account prize)."

Fourxxxx, your account wasn't cancelled, so I'm not sure what are you referring to.As to the account in question - the accounts should have been locked against trading but since they weren't, Vantage FX did remove any history which was created before the contest started, we simply haven't removed the data of all of those accounts on our end (I just processed the account in question). I can assure you that everyone have the same trading terms.Please let me know if there are any other issues.

If you're referring to the contest, than that is incorrect - anyone who's not eligible for an account (such as US members) will be still eligible for the cash prize.

No, it is not possible. We've removed such an option about 2 years ago, after most users complained about it (many were pretending to be using reputable brokers when in reality they did not).

Are you getting the same execution times with orders and trades? Those are most likely to differ, which would miss the point of measuring execution times. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

willgart, this is actually impossible to track as you would need to constantly open and close real trades in order to measure these metrics. Moreover, those metrics will most likely increase (for the worse) as the position size increases, so you would have to open trades with different position sizes across all brokers in order to collect the complete data.
