Losses are something to do with the risk management or money management . Losses don't relate to the strategy based on my 11 years experience from trading forex . Always think about risks when opening any trades , have a plan how much you are going to lose rather than how much you are going to win .

Stop Loss Importance

I never use stop loss from trading any market .To control the risk and protect my forex account , the leverage is reduced to 1:5 , the stop loss not using during trading does not mean I don't accept any loss . One of the main advantage of not using the stop loss is that the account will survive any spike if any unexpected events occur . Most of the forex brokers advise their clients to use the stop loss but not the low leverage because the more leverage the traders use , the more commission the brokers make .

The most common platform is MT4 ,so first choose a reliable regulated forex broker and open your demo MT4 account , they will help and show you how to use platform to trade . Since I am based in Melbourne Australia , my 2 forex brokers are IC Markets and Go Markets.

Most of trades lasted from a few seconds to few minutes . I don't think the Australian forex brokers allow traders to trade like that.
