Withdrawal processing time could be faster. If the withdrawal speed could match the deposit time, it would make the experience much better. A mobile app would also be a helpful addition.

I've been trading gold on EBC for a while now, and overall the experience has been quite good. The platform runs smoothly, with reasonable spreads and fast execution. Even during periods of high market volatility, orders are executed successfully—though I wouldn't necessarily recommend trading in such conditions, haha... The customer service team also responds quickly. Hope the platform keeps up the good work!

Tight pips and a superb trading environment！ I'm a scalper and I have to say EBC is not like those bucket shops out there that only give you negative slippages and order rejections! execution is great and pips are raw!
