Given that their support are good, I have decided to subscribe to another month of service. The ping was between 1-2ms from my broker. Price plan wise was reasonable as compared to other provider.

Took some time to response but eventually the issue was settled with satisfactory. Will update the result after 1 week comparing with my existing provider.

Set up a trial version to try out their speed and service and compare with another provider I am using at the moment. Gotten email confirmation of login details after the payment then try to connect. But tried for the next few hours still unable to connect stating that the remote computer is off or ...
