To vendor, I hope you honor what you stated your site regarding your refund policy. I submitted a ticket for refund last week. Why do you reverse the refund ticket to an "open issue" tech ticket!?

I got the same experience with refund. I submitted a refund ticket with clickbank before the 45 days and the vendor went to reverse my refund ticket as "open" issue tech ticket instead trying to buy time.

A 45% risk on each trade is bad. This type of market will happen when there is big news during after hours or if there is a holiday like we had in the US yesterday. Hi, I have another mismatched trade again today. You trade is closed with a 8 pip lose but for some reason my trade is still running. Can you let me know see what the possible cause could be ?
