Hi Optimous, could you please reply to my last post? I suspect you are with Tallinex. Can I change brokerage to Talinex? Why my account equity is so much differrent than yours here at myfxbook?

Hey Optimous, thanks your reply. I appreciate you are looking into this issue. Its very strange why Pellucid does not want to supply statements. I would like to know why my account is so much differrent to your verified myfxbook account. I invested 350$ and my account stands at 366$, not knowing at all what is happening. In fact my account should be somewhat around 420$ when checking the monthly statement with myfxbook. Can you explain? Is there any support email adress?

Hey Thomas,
Thank you for being onboard with us.
We are looking at an alternative but have not proceeding because of the lengthy paper work.
So let’s set a time line… in 2 months, we will have an alternative broker.
This is not to say PellucidFx is no good… in our opinion, they have been extremely good with execution and tight spreads.
But an alternative is always good for business. :)

Hello Optimous,
I wish to get in touch with you. I was wondering why your Broker Pellucid FX is not and will not provide statements of accounts. I took the offer and opened an account with them and selected you to manage the account. So far so good, but there are no statements of accounts at all. Pellucid refused to adress this issue and replied that they will not give any kind of statements at all, not daily not monthly. That is a big surprise to me, as I am running accounts with differrent brokers and ofcourse all are supplying with daily statements, right?
Please advise what to do? I would prefer to run the account with another broker. Can that be arranged?
Hope I will get some feedback though this portal.
