I have worked in active trading environment at leading commercial bank's Treasury for over 17years. I have worked as Trader, Senior Trader, and finally Head of Trading. It should be noted however that although one gains a lot of knowledge trading for a Commercial Bank, the dynamics are totally different when having to trade on your own. Just like trading DEMO is very different to trading REAL!

2. Identify TREND and make it your friend!
3. Determine entry/exit using:
i) Oscillator, ii) Momentum, and iii) Volume indicators
4. Use proper money management to manage RISK
