Do you use Daily or Weekly Max Loss?

Hi,How do you set daily max loss levels? is there any trading platform that allows you to set daily max loss limit ? I would love to use it, for me biggest challenge i cannot stick to mental stops, i always overtrade especially when I am losing on trades. Please advise. Thank you !
