I follow the larger trend and look for pull backs against the trend for entry points. I locate divergence using MACD and Stochastics indicators. After divergence is observed, I look for the entry with either a trendline break or the crossing of 2 specific moving averages. Once the trade is entered, the stop loss and take profit levels are set. If the trade moves against me, I use hedging techniques to minimize losses. I always use trailing stops to maximize the profits on the winning trades.
