Should Newbies turn to signal providers rather than trading themselves?

Feb 22, 2017 at 14:15
Hello,I believe the topic concerns two different points:* they will be newbies in the beginning and after certain period of time they will have experience * signal providers - there are people that just want to have diversification in their portfolio. They trade themselves and also have allocated part of their funds under someone's management. Is it good particular signal provider or how to find a good and reliable provider - this is another question :)Bottom line - this is just a meter of decision taking :)

The key to success

Hello,I believe the key for success comes after enough "screen time" or with other words experience. It is like every other profession - you become great, but this will require some time, education, testing, discipline and a lot of spirit :)
Reduce your trading risk!

Hello,I would not leave the protection to my broker. It is much better and safer for your account when you have control, not someone else. The risk could be limited by other ways like: position sizing depending the size of your account, by placing protective stops or to have mental stops and when you are not in right market direction just to leave the market.

Hello,I agree with vontogr@. Those bonuses are really tricky and the brokers offering them is aiming to attract you and then you will loose your money in attempts to cover their requirements for withdrawal the bonus. There was a good period before, when brokers offering nice bonuses has been punished on very nice way :), but now most of them add with small letters that if you loose your money, they will cancel the bonus.Bottom line: as an advise, do not open account with similar broker as they are 100% MM, or at least open a small account and set as a task for yourself to keep it at least the s...

Hello,The market is the same on D1 or 5M, the difference is on 5M is much faster changing and you need to react much faster, with tight targets and stops needs to apply.Trading on D1 will give you more flexibility and free time - no need to check the chart each few minutes and this is related with larger stops and targets.Which timeframe is better - depends completely from you, your personality and how do you feel much comfortable to trade (this is very important), your "internal" risk feelings and acceptance and etc.For example, I prefer to trade small time frames, but what is fitt...

Hello,There are many books for trading and I am sure what is written there cannot be applicable on 100%, just everyone have to extract what seems to be important for him.Me personally like very much:* Tools and Tactics for the Master Day Trader: Battle-Tested Techniques for Day, Swing, and Position Traders - some good strategies for day trading on stocks ( by Oliver Velez and Greg Capra)* The Complete Day Trader (by Jake Bernstein ) * Some interesting articles in Stocks and Commodities magazine and etc.

Hello,Fibo levels should be applied in general trend. If you monitor for example daily chart, the levels should be applied from the bottom to high in uptrend (in downtrend should be in opposite) in order to find the percentage retreatment of the general moving. The levels will show you general supports and resistance. Some traders added few Fibo's on different time frames in order to get better picture - but this is too individually and depending form the trading strategy selected :)

Hello, I do not believe in existing of ideal brokers where by searching not be able to find any bad comments. This does not mean the broker is not good - not at all, but as per my perspective a given broker might be good in terms of execution (for one and not so good for other), in terms of withdrawal funds request (someone may get his funds quickly rather then someone else ) and etc.
