Ethan, Any chance we can have the option to display the "Statement uploaded successfully" message in the experts tab? I might have 20 charts and lots of my own debugging/runtime output going to experts and the additional messages make debugging and monitoring a bit more messy...If it only came up once an hour or something with an "alive" message or something that would be better. Metatrader is at war with its entire client base. If they want to control everything at the expense of allowing users the choice of best-in-class services, then they are on their way out. This is the approach that Apple took in the 80's which is why 92% of the world has Microsoft on their desktop. fxsecure, MT4 licenses are only offered to brokers and cost $100K + $1500/month. I've asked.Anyhow, Ethan, I've mentioned this before but one quick thing you can do to ease the pressure is to provide an "unlink" option. I've probably created 500 myfxbook accounts over the years. However, I'm only actively using about 30-40 at one time. The rest I am happy to unlink although I don't want to delete the history. I am sure that a large number of the 70K accounts are abandoned and taking up resources.

The only way to know for sure is to put the Autoupdate feature back in and let's try and see which, if any, brokers are working. The accounts that I had previously set up with Alpari and Pepperstone on Autoupdate are still working so the problem is either an MT4 update issue that has not propagated to all brokers, has not been implemented by all brokers, or is related to a recent update or limitation at myfxbook. I believe petays was spot on. Metatrader has made some incredible blunders in their product planning. MT5 is a complete debacle because it panders to regulators (no hedging) and ignores it's client base (no compatibility with many years of legacy code). Their actions continue to belie a fundamental arrogance which is often seen in companies which dominate their space for too long.No matter - help is on the way. I checked with Pepperstone. As MagicNumberFX suggested, they are not blocking. Their response:"Thank you for contacting us. There are no issues on our end and our servers are not blocking updates to myfxbook. Please contact myfxbook support to make sure that they are connecting to our servers."I have sent email to my MT4 rep to confirm whether some of the actions specified in the linked article posted by PipGnostic are responsible for this blockage. Ouch! We depend very heavily on myfxbook...probably too much. It has become a core part of our activities and the auto-update feature is, by far, the most important part of the service to us. We have dozens of accounts and are constantly adding them and removing them and using myfxbook to share performance among our group. There is not another product, fully commercial or otherwise, which allows this for MT4. I'm sure many people share my sentiment. Hello Ethan,I'm using Pepperstone. I don't think they are blocking anything but I noticed that the Auto Update option disappeared from the menu. Does that have to do with the broker or is there another reason? I was trying to add more accounts and I am not able at the moment.MyFXBook is the best FX service on the web hands down. Please keep up the great work.
