You can still change to an ASIC regulated broker. The one I am using accepts Europeans, USGFX.

That is a good question. I don't know about other brokers, but I am with USGFX, an Australian broker. And they have confirmed that leverage and rebate programm won't be affected.

That depends on each trader's strategy and their capital. I mean you can choose 1:100, 1:200, 1:400 or 1:500.

I am with USGFX. It is an Australian broker regulated by ASIC, very reliable and with great customer support. The leverage is up to 1:500.
