Do you apply the same theory with cryptocurrency? If a crypto is regulated or 'centralized' people will tell you to avoid it.
Broker and regulations

For me there are far more important factors to consider then selecting a broker. Whether or not they are regulated is way down my list in selection criteria. Here in Australia, they limited our leverage earlier in the year. If I want to choose a regulated option here, my only option is accepting a maximum of 1:30 leverage.... Having traded with 1:500 leverage for 4 years before hand, there is no way my strategy would be worth my time with so little leverage. For me, trading conditions, reviews, customer service and the test of time is far more important.

Had an account here for a while now. One of the things I love the most is being able to access all markets. It means that you can always capitalize on opportunities. My most recent score was shorting TESLA after Elon's announcement at the weekend. It was a very easy trade and I'm very grateful to have such easy access to this type of stuff. Now to get back to the forex!

I do like to keep an eye on divergence. I don't use it as a "holly grail" though. Just one of the things I look for

Anyone Using Bitcoin Brokers?

Looks like many people in this thread have the wrong end of the stick... He is asking about brokers who accept BTC deposits for trading capital and not trading Bitcoin itself.... I have tried a few of them. My favorite so far has been CedarFX. They offer all the usual FX pairs, a fairly wide range of crypto and a heap of stocks - all tradable via leveraged CFD.... I personally believe in the long term growth of Bitcoin, so am happy to use it for capital and keep building it for the future. Short term volatility does not bother me.

Manual or EA? I have done well with EA but most are scared, why?

It's better to do both IMO.... I run an EA which is predominantly for scalping... But if I see an opportunity, I use a separate manual account for throwing down swing trades.
