I'm also a victim, and I advice everyone to stay away from this scam broker. They remove my account balance more than what I made from them and left my account in negative balance. 😭

hi, same thing of profit canceling happened with me in axitrader, vantagefx and thinkforex.
the common thing in all these 4 brokers that these r from so called australia.

now i will never use any australian forex broker. and i want to tell every trader that please avoid every australian broker
and tell and spread the message everywhere that that every australian broker is fraud and cheater.
they wasted my time and money.

i never used any arbitrage ea. i used simple ea which can make profit.
and after few months i got mail that they suspended my account and they will cancel all profit.
there r many broker so why u r still using these cheaters australian broker who can cancel ur all profit any time.

choose any broker but never choose any australian broker.
they will not only cancel ur profit but also dint give u withdraw of ur deposited fund for 90 days.

The above email was yesterday 20th of March vanatage fx. I receive another email today 21st of March 2013 please the below email:-

At Vantage FX we pride ourselves on our customer focus and as part of our on-going review to ensure clients are protected and treated fairly, we have made some keys changes to clause 24 of our terms and conditions.

This clause relates to our Risk Warning concerning trading Forex. We have changed the margin stop out level to 50% i.e. the percentage of your equity balance to margin required for open trades. This is a safety mechanism put in place to attempt to stop your account from falling into a negative balance. However, we do not guarantee that your account will not fall into a negative balance, particularly in adverse market conditions.

Looks like Vantage FX proffits must be down hence why they are suspending peoples accounts, increasing Margins etc.......

What happened to the reply you got from Vantage fx you post on here. Looks like someone deleted the comments. I too received the same email from Vantage fx regarding account suspension. please see the below email:-

We are writing to you to inform you of the action Vantage FX has today taken in respect of your account ******.

Following a request from our liquidity provider, Vantage FX have today suspended your account pending further investigation into suspicious trading and in particular usage of internet and connectivity delays in order to take advantage of arbitrage on the Trading Systems. The suspension is in accordance with Clause 20.5, of Vantage FX’s terms and conditions duly accepted by you prior to opening your account. Please click here to view full terms and conditions.

Until completion of the investigation, no further trades on your account will be allowed and no further withdrawals can be made. It is envisaged the investigation will be completed within 90 days. Once completed we will write to you further outlining the results of our investigation.

If you have any current open positions on your account and wish to trade, please contact us on +44 207 332 4954.

If in the meantime you have any other queries please do not hesitate to contact us.

u can face problem anytime.

when thet will block ur account and send u mail of suspension, then u will remember me.
there r a lot of broker. u can go for any good broker.

but forget vantagefx.

I've traded with them for about 8 months now. I think for an Australian based non commission broker their spreads are fairly good, better then GO Markets on most pairs from memory. Execution speeds can be a bit slow at times. Support seems a little unprofessional, I often have to remind them to credit my account for any promotions - not that I'm too worried. Withdrawals are usually next day - they use NAB. VPS is good - the cost of $49 pm is refunded to you if you trade 10+ lots a month, they've changed VPS providers three times since I've been with them which was a big pain since I'm running several EAs. I would look at changing brokers if it wasn't such a hassle, but I haven't found another Australian based broker worthy enough for the trouble.

i've trrade on vantage aus. the speed execution is very good. i satisfied with this. i also never get requote even on news. scapling system suitable for this broker. ii recomend you to try this broker,there is no different betwen demo an live account. all same good speed execution

I have had slippage trying to trade news using oco orders before the release. Free vps and myfx licence. Also auto chartist link, I think their spreds are great. My opinion is that they are an excellent broker , I just don't trade news on this account.

I opened my account with them then verified. I heard they are doing good, i am talking about still now they did not provide me the trader log in and password from their web site. Without seeing my details from the trader cabinet, how can i deposit with them? After few mail to them, said, their website log in option is now working now !! Still i am waiting to get my user name and password !!

I used to trade Vantage in the early summer of 2010 but they had some real issues with spread widening on Fridays that would take out even generous stop levels, so I left of course. I have not started trading again with them but I have been watching the spreads for a few days and they are the best among non-commission brokers at this time. The customer support has been very good and they have phoned me three times to help answer questions although they have not succeeded fully, hence I held back some points for that. And the free VPS service is also very enticing which in my opinion is really helping them compete against the highly competitive Australian brokers quite successfully. Now the final verdict will have to be given upon resumption of live trading.

Spreads are too wide. I don't know why you'd use these guys instead of some other broker.

I have the standard account with them, i trade quite often with microlots and they are nearly no requotes. They always reply fast to my emails and this is good. Much better execution that I had with CMC!!

I only write reviews after at least 2 months trading with a broker so I think that way it's fair, you don't make a reaction good or bad on the back of just one small experience because a good broker and good broker relationship takes a while to judge.

It is a pleasure trading with Vantage FX they are honest every time. You get your trades filled instantly and get out of the positions very easy. I never had a slippage and the spreads are constant over the night on the currencies I trade. One of the best fixed Spread brokers you can choose. Excellent costumer service...

I love how they bring Up VPS as a solution for Clients disconnects. LOL..

you: If I get a disconnect , That is at your End, Not mine! So no, I can call to close a position
you: VPS rarely has anything to do with this problem, but only creates more problems that cant be verified

Piers: We've had clients had disconnect problems before and when we looked into it it turned out to be an ISP issue or connection issue their end
