No open trades currently and the last closed trade was on 16th April - has the account been stopped ?

No, only indicator not give command for safe entry into the market. Account is active.

can i use it on VPS, and how spread is recomended, how spread you use in this account here ???

Yes I still work but now we are working on the new version v1.5 for more pairs what will be more trades.
