My real MT4 account is 15050
I am extremely disappointed with their Customer Services. My trading robot in this account encountered trading error suddenly. I haven't changed anything. The CS simply just ignored all my email.
Note I had two demo accounts and one real account running. One of the demo accounts also reported 'Off quotes' before Xmas and recovered after Xmas. But the real account still has error to date.
I feel that their platform is very unstable and the CS is not up to standard when compared with other forex CS.
Pls also note that the min trading lot size is 0.05, which poses big problems for small investors.

Welcome gentlemen. Trading at this broker recently and unfortunately had encountered problems output. When filling out the form at the output of the error pops up on the bank. Take a screenshot of the problem posted in response received a vague answer without explaining the cause of the error and instructions on how to fix them all. and I write them to the second week, but now without answers from them. I do not know what to do. Account 4313.
