I have been with them for approximately 3 months, service excellent (for most issues) but been using MT4 and keeps on crashing???? Not sure why and all they can say is to down load it again, I have now done this 3 times and still the same issues. If it is a data speed issue or something like that all they need to do is tell me. If anyone can throw some light on this it would be greatly appreciated. Spreads etc all seem good......maybe I should be using Dealbook 360???
Only thing that needs to be sorted with GFT is the time it takes to get withdraw funds. 7 days is just not on, especially when my GFT account and bank account are in the same city. I can withdraw funds from my US futures account and have the funds in my bank account in Australia within 24 hours.
Being right dosen't matter, making money does.
Very happy with GFT. The customer support has kept me from going elsewhere during some legacy Dealbook issues, which I am pleased to say they have very much overcome. The web dealing platform is also excellent which is what I've been using since my computer died this week! If they did smaller lot sizing for both forex and Spread Betting they would score a 10.0 from me!

GFT has finally done justice to its dealbook platform with the latest version which is superfast and without any freezing issues. Congrats to them and expect GFT nothing but best.

Some of the best spreads among major U.S. brokers; since I've been trading with GFT, they recently lowered their spreads to as low as 0.8 pips on many majors (with no commissions!). The platform is occasionally quirky, but I found out that they will soon support MT4, so I won't have to worry about that soon.

Their customer service is great. At the time I was trading they were changing their platform over to a new version and it had bugs they were trying to work through. The indicators would dissapear or the colors would partially or all change to yellow. There were some requotes during volatile markets.
really great plataform and brocker, but you can't sell or buy less than 1 hole lot.

extremely pleased with them ... a few problems in the past regarding the platform but nothing major.
have reported a bugs already in less than month of training, nothing major, customer service good, max leverage 1:400
