I would like to get at least 2 times higher return on my investment on annual basis compared to other alternatives such as holding my money in a bank deposit. This is what I expect to achieve at some point.

I like spending on nice and expensive things so my goal is to reach that level in FX trading that will help me get enough additional income for spending on my passions 😄

I think that is the purpose of most traders out there. It's a different matter that many of us never get to that point.

I agree. But it's good to keep your goal firmly in sight and work towards it. For many people that's the only road to success.

I am in Forex for the money and for the show! 😉 It keeps my daily life quite intense.

My goal is being able to stay in the markets and trade for a long time without unnecessary suffering, and improve my self-control every day. Keep my mind as clean as possible and learn, learn, learn. Of course, I want to earn money, because a growing account is the best guarantee to being able to trade another day, but I don't want the greed to blind me.

When I really become a strong and consistent trader, I would like to go on the other side of the river working at a financial institution that participate in the market at larger scale.

Forex certainly can be quite stimulating in that regard. I admit that the show is sometimes a little too intense though.

I wish I can join the league of so called high net worth individuals one day, also thanks to forex trading.

Forex helped me earn enough capital to provide my children and send them to university.
Now I want to slightly increase their permanent income, opportunities to travel with my wife.

If I start to earn enough to pay all my bills and rent from profits in forex, that would be already a good achievement as additional income to my salary. It is not a big deal or dream, but this is what is my goal minimum.
