The biggest Alpari UK mistake was not change the margin requirements for CHF, as Alpari Limited done.

Long story short, Forex situation is as follow:

- Alpari: Insolvent twist
- Excel Market: Insolvent twist
- IG: $45 million hole (but company has $200 million in cash and is looking to buy brokers in problems) cool
- FXCM: $225 million hole cool
- Dukascopy: $40 million hole cool
- Interactive Brokers: $120 million hole cool
- FXPro: Announced it remains solid capitalized lol
- Gain Capital: Reported they made profits on SNB day lol

First point of contact I would ring and speak to someone in either the FCA or the Ombudsman

https://www.fca.org.uk/

https://financial-ombudsman.org.uk/

They will tell you exactly what to do.
Best regards Steve
