How do you handle emotional decision-making in high-pressure Forex trading scenarios?

The basic answer: having a trading system. Following a trading system takes all emotions out of the game. And not trading more than you are willing to lose.

@jameshilliard1 Absolutely agree! Having a solid trading system is key—it removes emotions and adds discipline.
