Emotions can really cause a mess in your trading if not managed them properly. To sort your emotions in forex trading, it's important to have a solid understanding of the markets and to have a well-defined trading plan in place.

Using a demo is also a great way to learn. The use a tiny micro account when going live to help ease in with the motions

It is humanly impossible to become emotionless as emotions are very much a part of everything you do in life. So, whenever you feel overwhelmed with emotions, just take a quiet walk outside even I do this. It clears my head and help me get rid of some unnecessary emotions.

I often hear that a trader must have a cool head.
I believe that a good trader can only be someone who has joy in life, which helps to cope with both positive and negative emotions.
Trading does not tolerate an overabundance of emotions.
Make money with people who know how to make money.
