Important - Auto Update Issue

Dear people of MYFXBOOK,
if I press de button CONNECT it refresh correctly.
Is there a way that instead of pressing manually correct to the 30 accounts I have, That you guys make a automatic button for CONNECT all the accounts manually at the same time?
It's better of the EA SYSTEM that we have to go broker to broker and account to account and open and wait until the dates are refreshed.
If manually pressing the button CONNECT it works, maybe is there a way we can press only one button of CONNECT but for all the accounts at the same time manually it would be a solution.
Is it possible?

My problem is that I don't have the button "connect" in the setting's page anymore. It disappeared when I pushed the button "use the EA to update my account". Is it not possible to connect with the "Publisher" instead of the "EA" ?

We did contact several brokers which are trying to find out what has changed on their end but it seems to be a global issue with MT4.

It is my belief that this issue is not an MT4 build or version issue. I am saying this since I know of at least one other service provider that is running smoothly! It is also my belief that the systematic blocking that you described is due to access restrictions on the broker side. It may have something to do with your affiliation with a particular broker.
I have not read all the comments so I am not sure if what I am going to propose has been suggested by another member already, but here it goes anyway: I am guessing that you are running the client(s) that connect to the brokers on a server or servers with static or fixed IP addresses, may be if you try changing them, it would at least give you a clue of whether or not there brokers have your IP addresses on some sort of denied access list.

I have 3 accounts here from different brokers. All are running buildf 500. The only one not updating is my entry to AutoTrade from FXCM.
Ethan, you can use my account to test. Take it out of AutoTrade and let see if it updates.

We are Broker, and we allow your IP to request accounts, please return button CONNECT, or make CONNECT button to refresh all account at the same time.
Also return big timeframes update, such as 4 hour, 12 hours.

You do allow, but MT4 server does not.
Call MetaQuotes, they know very well what happens.

I totally agree, especially since Metaquotes has not issued any updates in the past days. Also other services are working just fine.

As a broker we can give permission to some servers and IP's request MT4 server.
As i understand that problem appear after when Metaquotes made restriction on third party DLL (they call it Pirates Software)
So from 500 version they stop support builds from xxx till 491. I think Myfxbook DLL was made under build 294.
So need to ask Metaquotes how to rebuld DLL in order to be able receive data.

I don't understand why FXSTAT works perfectly with their similar automatic system they call it: "FXStat Direct (recommended)" and MYFXBOOK no.
I prefer MYFXBOOK but we have more than 30 account. We cannot being every day several times at they getting in each MT$ account of each broker in order the EA actualize the accounts.

It may seem other services are working well however they do not have the same amount of accounts we do (with auto update about +70k). The more accounts we have from a broker the less frequent updates we can make. So update frequency with other services (using the investor password) will decrease over time therefore you'll get the same issue. Traders wish to have their data updated every 5 minutes and we can guarantee this update frequency only with the EA/publisher.
We're making tests to see if can be somehow resolved.

Publisher seems to work well, I've just created a new demo account and it updates every 5 minutes. Would it be possible to use Publisher for my already created real accounts. Thanks in advance. Regards.

Yes, publisher and EA aren't affected. Simply go to settings, click 'edit' for the account in question, then click 'use the EA to update my account' - this will remove the account from auto-update and will allow you to use EA/publisher.

Only the EA will work. Please use it http://www.myfxbook.com/help/connect-metatrader-ea
