Bullcrap, scalping is NOT the only one way to go There are many other ways to go than scalping.

Scalping is a game that I think is just giving money back to the market in the long run. There are many ways to trade without scalping. I know, I have seen it in my own eyes where people make tons of money by positions trades.

BellaVista you are entitled to your views but you are still inexperienced. Look man, whatever works for you, then great. but there are other ways to trade.

@forexedge I would love to see your system in operation. If you can upload the one on myfxbook, we can review it together.

You are doing fantastic yourself. You are making money which is good.

I do not want to make it visible to everyone especially the other new strategy that we are working on. What is there to review if I may ask? The team that deal with new strategy are reviewing themselves. What can you bring to the team apart from stealing it and doing a cut and shut job of creating a similar strategy?

It´s normal retail traders do not understand about money management or even risk reward ratios or even more, position size management this 3 points are all connected and for this may traders fail this is not a game expectancy`s or percentages , only the results count and nothing more.

I am not trying to steal anyone's system my friend. As a fellow trader, I just wanted to see what strategies do you use and discuss if we feel comfortable about it.

myfxbook is a platform for trader discussion and I just asked you in a good faith :)

Wishing you and your team a great success.

Its obvious I don't understand your money management and RRR. Theres nothing to analyze apart from 2 demo accounts with less than 2 months of history. No opened trades, no open orders, no closed trades. What I've said is exactly what I've seen.

How about a proper registered website for the fund you're running ? At this point, I'd settle if you gave me your facebook page !

Yes, this is a game of results. Unfortunately, you haven't shown any.

Sure, I get your point. I was joking.

But I do not know if that other system we have running, we will be able to show.

This thread is pretty fun to read heheh. Really sad comparing my ROI against the 1000000000% profit per month guys here, not.

Here are my requirements too, maybe someone will give me a million bucks no questions asked and I'll be set! ;)

Leverage used: 1:7 to 1:14
Account leverage: 1:100 (just because I've a Ferrari doesn't mean I ride up and down the highway maxed out)
Target ROI: 20-30% yearly
Minimum deposit: USD30,000.00

@aaronmdr It took a long time to make 40%?? It took you since 2011. That is a very long time. But most of the profit came from a quick spike in the past few months. Due to adding positions on your account in the past few months?

I'd rather give this guy my money over any of the methods posted here recently... At least hes got enough of a history. It may not be returning 100s of %, but at least I know he won't blow it up !

History : 1.5 years
Drawdown : 14%
Ave Win : 297 pips
Ave Loss : -178 pips
Exepctancy : 67 pips

you should just make small deposit and let the other account managers trade it rather than putting it in a one account and setting a limited requirement.

Thanks for the kind words I'm glad my partners and clients feel the same way too!
Yeah all my profit can come from only a few weeks in the year. My strat is a sniper instead of shot gunner, I wait very long and patiently for the odds to be in my favor and go for the kill. Pretty hard to lose money.

Funded that account about end of 2011 and really started going at it in 2012. Drawdown hasn't reache my preset level for 2013 so no new trades yet. 2012 was pretty good all that profit came in while I was on holiday, due to the JPY.

Could easily do multiples of that return by upping the leverage but clients don't want to see massive drawdowns, their hearts can't take it. But with compounding you can retire a millionaire on that not too shabby

Can you elaborate? Not too sure what you mean. How I'm doing it is clients open their own trading account, I've an top level money manager account, whatever trades I execute in my account automatically executes in theirs too. Performance fees are only taken if I make money for them above a highwatermark.

You don't have to do that if you want to only have one manager account but your account https://www.myfxbook.com/members/aaronmdr/aaronmdr/268897 has not traded ever since Dec. 27 2012 what is there to see in your current live account? Can I sign up where's the link? Can you show me your current trading live account?

I don't see any reason why anyone would have aaron manage their account based on the disclosed myfxbook results.

Because there is no visible history, account size, trade size etc (all locked as private) the only metrics to go on are the pip losses/wins and drawdown/profit.

I note that the largest trade loss was 635 pips... that makes it GLARINGLY obvious to me that aaronmdr trades WITHOUT stops, and in my experience, sensible investors shy away from managers who outright gamble like this.
Wait for the trade to come to you... be patient.
