Yeah, I guess... They may have their own ''Union'' nowadays...

Or it was a conspiracy of Alien traders... 😀

Nice Grid, but is it really worth to risk $170,000 with a Grid strategy to profit 1-2% (i.e. $2000-3000) per month PRE-TAX with a max. -22% (-$40k) DD...???

Monthly Profit : Max. DD ratio: 1 : 10...

Personally I would not risk my capital with any strategy with a less than 1 : 1 Monthly Profit : Max. DD ratio, not to mention 1 : 10... But it is me...

If you could make a good living from the $22,733 you made this year before income taxes and other expenses, well, then good for you!

Although it is almost the same income as one could make flipping burgers at McDonald's, it is still a better quality of life... But first one needs to deposit $170k at the broker...

That is exactly what I said... And it is not scalable, as the max. DD is 10x higher than the average monthly profit...

I agree with you guys.. the 'profit' (if you can can call it that) is way too skinny for the risk. It needs more than a tweak to fix, it needs a complete re build. Keep at it though, it can be done!
Why trade manually when the computer can do it all by itself unattended and so much better than humans!

Thank you for your opinion. Im not saying I invented a holly grail.
There are so many scams around :) What I wanted to show is LIVE account with 4 year history and 170k USD profit. I invested 100k USD. These money are already back on my account and I run only with profits.
Just check history of the accounts here on Myfxbook. Thousands of accounts with few days or weeks of history.
My system generated 170.000USD as a stable profit. Not thousands or hundreds % per month, but stable and long term.

@profijet

In this regard you are right, and thanks for showing your account.

It is interesting, however, risking $170k to make $22k a year (before taxes and expenses) is out of the ''Risk/Reward'' comfort zone of most traders, not to mention ''high-roller'' investors.

Hello, my simple trading methods.

Nice, Doc! This strategy really shows the marks of an institutional trader.

It would be (and probably it is) an excellent strategy for ''high-rollers'' with $1 Million+ accounts.

Unfortunately, for the ''average'' retail trader - with less than $10k risk capital - the $30% yearly (pre-tax) profit is very thin and even with $100k investment it would not provide a comfortable passive income in the Western world (i.e. even flipping burgers at McDonald's would be more lucrative).

But again, in all other aspects it looks great! Thanks for showing it! 😄

@ali66sh very insteresting 'strategy' you're using in the last couple of months... please correct if I'm wrong but it seems that instead of use a drawdown you're keeping the equity higher than balance and use this 'margin' to trade... Am I right? If not could you explain?
