I was told that VWAP shows the same value/indicator regardless of time frame.

Many indicators are similar to each other - this is no secret.
In any case, you need to try and see which suits you best.

They all look different, but work in a really similar way. Note that they have individual settings which can be adjusted depending on the timeframes selected.

In order to decide whether you need indicators or not, just try both options, and then you will already be determined.
