What is the best time to trade forex | Forex
Forex trading time plays a major role in market volatility and liquidity. Understanding what is the best time to trade forex helps traders take advantage of overlapping trading sessions, such as the London and New York sessions, when market movements are strongest.
That’s a great point. I’ve also noticed that volatility really spikes during the London–New York overlap. It’s probably the best window for catching strong moves with decent liquidity. Thanks!

What do you think about the recent gold market trend?
You’re absolutely right. The best time to trade forex is during periods of high market activity when major sessions overlap. The London and New York session overlap, which happens between 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM GMT, is usually the most volatile and liquid time. This is when price movements are stronger, spreads are tighter, and opportunities are clearer. At Valetax, many traders focus on these peak hours to take advantage of faster execution and better trading conditions across major currency pairs.

I live in Asia so I need to stay up for looking for financial news and trade 😂
Time zone for forex trading is two hours after the New York open. That's where we have enough volatility. Aisia set traps to gather liquidity and Frankfurt also set trap, London provide enough liquidity for New York session. If you would like to explore more.
