yeah but if the markets go crazy and you need an emergency withdrawal then you may have to do it at night

Do not confuse withdrawal with trading.
If markets go crazy your money and risk management applies and you close positions according to your rules.
You can the withdraw at any time.

I think the market has nothing to do with the withdrawal of funds as long as you don't place your money in a certain position. If you don't trade your money, it doesn't matter for the market if it'll stay in the account or it will be withdrawn ....

I agree, withdrawing and trading are two very different things, I not sure how they can get conflated. 😕

Actually, retails traders are only 10% (even less)! So, there is no impact at all.

Yes, if we are in a transparent Forex broker! Market maker brokers are unfriendly on withdraw issue!

That is why it's so important to research your broker extensively. Don't just sign up because they're promising you good conditions.

That is quite different topic.
It should read ... Which broker to choose to get your money back
And this would be a long story

Most brokers are generally OK. Just make sure they are regulated in a proper country (not some island in the middle of nowhere)

I am trying to do that from time to time and I can say to you that I am pretty successfull in doing that things totally and completely anyway for many reasons which are presented here. Who else do this? For sure it's Skrill/Netteller anyway.

24/7 withdrawal is not necessarry. It is OK to withdraw money once per month.
Of course in case you are moron who risk it all it is wise to withdraw 3 times a day or even not deposit at all :)

I think it is safest to move money out of broker as soon as I have made a few thousand profit. I am too concerned that broker will screw me over and not allow withdrawal

Is there so big need to do that? MAybe I am not understanding what is what entirely....You can really simply keep all that in your balance and that would be that absolutely and possibly, no? Let's move on with that if you need;)

A good broker gives you the opportunity to withdraw money when you need it without restrictions.

as far as I know 24/5 is the most popular option. 24/7... sounds too good to be true.
