There is no shortcut for practice, whether that is on demo, or a small live account.
Education and learning are important, but once you have the basics there is no replacement for trading practice, as this is what will really develop your skills and understanding, when you spend time on the charts.

long time experience is a complicated issue , by passing long time no way for all time to ensure long term experience, on the other hand by maintaining real trading discipline within very short time , thee is a chance to get rich experience on trading.

how much time you have passed for practicing , its not a deal ,
the main deal is how was your effort when practicing.
Very smart thinking; I appreciate you! Really few traders like to count their trading session’s number instead of learning; as a result till now only few percentages are making regular money.

Professional investors will never stop learning.
What works for one person on a Monday, may not work for the same person on Tuesday.
The markets changes constantly and as such professional investors understand that their trading system must be able to adapt to this changes as well.
Automate those tasks which are easily automated.
And for those tasks which you determine cannot be fully automated for your strategy, then you must practice and master those items until you feel comfortable with your skill set for trading on a live account.
If it looks too good to be true, it's probably a scam! Let the buyer beware.

Foreign currency exchange may seem to be very limited definition of forex. No trader can simply think of earning money within his financial capacities if he can’t manage his funds according to trading knowledge and skills of him. But today traders are now receiving access to many learning tools. However, yes, before a trader can go with any trading method he must recognize whether he is able to make best out of it.

One cannot standardize the amount of time and practice one should put in for trading . Trading is not something you can learn within a stipulated time frame . Its benefits can only be reaped with limitless practice . Every trade adds to a traders knowledge and experience and helps him to do better in future. So forget about time and practice and observe as much as you can to be a successful trader.

You do not need to study to trade on Forex :)
And to become a successful trader, you need to learn and practice all your life.
I recently read about a man who was explained everything in two hours and he started trading. I do not know how this is possible, because I have been in Forex for many years and have not yet become a super successful trader.
