One more question.
I had an ea running, my own ea, that set SL to certain level. I have the doubt it could affect with FGB, now I disabled it. Can FGB team give an answer to this issue as well the other issue please?

It is very curious and now I'm pretty sure that the FGB-Team close trades manually. I have always nearly the same openings but sometimes as today complete diffenrent closings. The FGB-team ended in profit in huge profit, my trades ended in huge losses.
And exactly this is the problem of the EA. The entries are quite good.....but the closings are often awful ! For my opinion it is nthing bad to close the trades manually, but they should communicate the weak point of the EA and encourage the customers also to close the trades manually.

NO NO NO, when I payed I gave good money, so they must provide me good EA with all features working...

Yes, I have proof of that. Simply see my myfxbook-statement. The EUR/USD-Trades are except 2 pip gain (this is from fxvoodoo) all from FGB. If this will not enough for you, I will give you investor access. That all can see that I am telling the truth!

I'm your customer running basic version of the ea FGB, today many people had problem in closing trades and I had too.
I write you not for quarrel, but for understand the best as possible the issue and try to find a solution.

1- I'm sure it's not a broker difference problem, I looked at my chart and I checked that when your EA closed the trades, my platform was giving exactly the same prices, and more, one user wrote in the forum confirming that he's a thinkforex customer as you and he had the same problem as me.

2- From now, I set smartexit, because I noticed that your EA closed after 18hours from open. Maybe you have this option set to true?
3- From now, I set ASSIGN TP AND SL to True so next time I can see what's going on, but I have a doubt. Will the EA work with ECN broker that doesn't accept TP and SL when opening orders but only later???

4- I had running to my platform a my own EA together with FGB, it used to set SL 90 seconds after the position has been opened. No traling stop, just one shot set SL for get the trade more safety. Now I disabled it, but I'd like to know, could this affect with FGB ea? If I change SL of the positions, does FGB get crazy?

Please, I think we can work together to fix this problem, so please don't walking around with a pretest, but get in face of it and help me to investigate in the problem in order to find a solution. Close the trades manually, for me is not a solution.

Yes, I have. Simple look at my myfxbook-statement. If this is not enough, I will give you investor access, so that everybody can see that I am telling the truth.

I went back a bit earlier today to see when the last FGB post was on here and it looks like there last post was on may 8th. does anyone know how long the longest time it has taken them to respond on here? Keep us up to date on the email, and let them know that your not the only one having the problem. I would email them but as a basic only customer my mail will get pushed to the back of the line. I figure that one of the people that pay the 50/per month for the platinum support would be willing to throw us a bone and find out what is going on for us.
