Now, let us be clear about what is clear:
1) the basic algorithm of the bot is not perfect, but its acceptable.
2) the market right now for the EU is terrible high in volatility, the algorithms of the bot arent made for it!
3) the vendor are definitely closing the trades MANUALLY, NO doubt about that!!!!
4) two things to do now: a) close the bot for now! b) sign up for the signal service!

I choose b BUT under protest, Im not satisfied with the vendor right now! There is no perfect bot, but thats not the case. The thing that makes me really irritating is that the vendor isnt honest about what is happening!! I get lies when I ask questions! Thats really sad, because thats him telling me that Im stupid. And maybe I am, not turning this bot off forever, but I will give the service one month.

This is NO perfect bot, but there is NO perfect bot for every market condition!!!! FGB- just be honest and say that! You would be much more trustworthy if you did!!

I agree, i had the bot off for the moment. I think the vendor would offer the signal for free o discount to owners of the bot for a period until the dust is settle

Instead of comparing trades why dont you all look at the monthly statement, i can understand there are some problems that we are facing (but the support are working and they got tons of emails and they have to reply some time it took time to get the reply but they do reply) but im very comfortable with the bot performance, if even you calculate the fxbook bot statement for this month still its in plus 150$ im talking about the close positions. and if you want quick reply then join their platform where ppl getting answer to their questions.

Wish you all good luck for your trades.

Pakfx is right, Screaming on here is not going to help anything. I probably should send an email myself however why add to the email chaos that is going on on there side. Though I do wish they would respond on here though at least once. They used to be so good at that.

So perhaps we should find a solution, where we help each other. e.g in finding a way to communicate with other Bot Users, to get out of trades, before they get into the wrong direction.

For Example: Mailing List
A Trade is started by the FGB; some Users have the time and watch the trade(s). They see, that there is a support/resistance level... So this level is hit and the users write an Mail to his list, that he has closed the trade because of an support/resistance level

Or FGB starts an Trade; some Users have the time to watch at their chart. They see, that there is an support/resistance level 60 Pips away from now. They send an Mail, where this level of support/resistance is told to the other users

That means, there are Users, which have time to watch some of the trades. And they could make an Technical Analysis of the chart and share it with others.

The Mail solution is the most wide spread to communicate and has relativ good push possibilities with most smartphones...
Another better, faster and easier solution would be the BlackBerry Messenger, but this requires BlackBerry Smartphones :)

I like the idea, have no idea how to implement it though especially when some of us would be asleep, though if secondary ea was developed to take care of closing it that would be better. For example a if a majority of us close a order marked with a specific magic number the ea would close trade. But have no idea of how to work out the calculations without a list or a central point to base everything off of.

Hello all,
seeing your comments, it seems that FGB robot really works!
I'm looking (from a long time) for a serious robot that could help me investing in Forex market and maybe it is.
I've tried many MT4 EAs, but with very poor performances, so I'm a little bit skeptical.
So could you please tell me wich is the real performance of this robot?
Those of you who have tried this robot for at least one month, could you please tell me what income (in pips or %) has it produced?
Thank you very much.
Kind regards to all :-)

Hi..
I joined FGB EA Basic starting 25-Apr-2011 with some manual closed+Kenny's trailing produced 194 pips.
In other account I have FGB Signal starting 9-May-2011 with some manual closed+Kenny's trailing iproduced -100 pips.

Please be aware that my trade outcome could be different with other's here.

So far I am happy with FGB but I am thinking to stop the FGB Signal subscription and go along with FGB EA Basic.

In an email from FGB support I read

'NOT use assign tp and sl = true, please set it to false it will decrease performance.'

Mi question is:
Supposing the broker is an ecn honest broker, why should assign tp and sl = true decrease the performance?

Another question about internal control

I don't understand what does internal control means. I did read the manual but don't understand. Could you make me an example? What's the difference to set it true o false?

Hi hadito,

Do you have to re-start the EA everytime when Kennys EA closes the trades since I heard FGB does not know kennys ea closing the trades and it will think that the original trades are still open.
