Why would you want to do that?? is something wrong with the current version? actually, I think there might be something wrong because it's had 8 consecutive losing trades so far , and looks like the 9th is on the way, which is very unlike FGB, am i correct in saying that?

If you want to trade with the indicators settings - just use the same settings in the EA - simple as that I think.

For FXgrowthbot: I'm glad to hear that a new version might be so on its way. Don't know what happened here in April but the overall history looks good on this. I'm looking for a new EA and this looks like it. Though you do mention at the beginning of this thread that the additional versions allow for more 'tweaking'.

What tweaking would that be? Maybe I missed it. My eyes kinda glazed over at about page 40.

Random Anybody question: Also, has anyone ever used this ea on fxopen? If so how were the results or should I find another broker for this EA to run on.

Fxgrowthbot: Forgot to ask, the different versions that you offer, are they a buy that you can get in a future or are they one of those things where you only get the one time offer when you first buy the product?

Fxgrowthbot is talking about an additional ea here that would essentially be a scalper trading with TP of 10 and SL of 10 based on the indicator settings.
Original version will stay the same and it can have 10-15 losing trades in a row.It is nothing unusual, but then when it will win ,it will win big.Just keep your risk setting low.

As an added safety, use the MACD 25,75,25. It is an indicator for trend. BUY only when MACD is positive and the indicator gives a BUY signal and SELL only when MACD is negative and indicator gives Sell signal. It has a higher probability. The only issue is sudden spikes on days like today. MACD is a moving average and by default reacts slowly to the market.

i have used it so many times on my demo account and willing to use it on my live account ;)

Thanks for the reply Pakfx, do you mind telling us what the strategy you are using with this indicator? I personally don't have alot of experience trading manually, so a little help would be appreciated! Do I just open a Sell position when the red arrow pops-up and buy when the green arrow pops-up? When do you know when to exit a trade? do you just wait for the reversal arrow to show up, then exit? ...thx

Star,</> requested to FGB support to make n EA works on the indicator as i tested it give good result. there nothing wrong with the original EA its working fine. You can go with any broker just diff broker give diff results its the EA how it works.. and so far EA result is to good.
No matter it just loss some trade.. but when ever it comes on winning position it cover all our loss. So better MM is they key to success.

One again i just share my experience about the indicator so Star requested to support to make special EA for him, and <red>the default ver of FGB is working fine.</red>

Like Dave i also got win in my account.

Dear fxgrowhtbot,

I've got the version 1.1. Last 9 trades Advisor put on buy, also he enter in positions more often then on your account. I have win 400 pips for last week. But it's rather strange... It's look like when you start winning i'll get loss.

Nothing has changed. The robot has always had groupings of consecutive losses like this. Then it won.. look back into history.

in my instaforex demo account it won on sell position. but for some reason i close it manually for further results i have to wait for the bot to close or float into trade.
I always say different brokers give different results
at the end the daily gain is still 4% again way better then every other bot. waiting for some more wins 😇

This is really strange!!? I am using it with Thinkforex, default settings and I am getting the exact same trades that are posted by FGB myfxbook page , 9 straight losses so far... What settings and version are you using? Are you getting different trades because you sometimes interfere manually with the trades?

no every thing is same and default just broker is different, and the order it open is also the same but close it on time. after that price moves in opposite direction thats why most of FGB users got loss in the last trade.

when you say 'close it on time', you mean you close it manually? so you're basically monitoring every trade? There's a great free Trailing Stop EA i found on DonnaForex, have you heard of it? if so, I heard that alot of people are using it in conjunction with FGB, but I don't know the right settings to use...do you think I should use this EA with FGB?

You mean the Compuforex Trail Multi, nor? I think this is a very nice combination. Just need the ideal settings for the Trail EA, which i haven't till now :(

You see November reports 230%. Now this is completely distorting the whole graph and all the numbers! Unfortunately I cannot take this seriously - although it does look ok (after you discount November)

Also, the current set of files that you have to install are suspect in my opinion. Why cant FGB ship an EA where you enter a serial and its DLL communicates with the server and authenticates? AS it is there are 2 very suspect executable files - what they do is anyones guess and I would rather not have them in my system folder thank you very much.

Also - the fact that they recommend think forex - a very poor broker.

There are some things I like about this robot - like I said, the profit is ok (discounting the fairytale at the beginning of the graph), but there are many more things that I do not like.

Dont get me wrong - I am not accusing FGB of anything underhand - I am just saying that these things make me feel uneasy.

After installing the FGB installer 1.3, I launched my MT4 and it was ok, i tried to apply the license or to activate my license and it said 'activated', then i closed my MT4, and now it doesn't launch anymore. What's the problem here please?
