looks like i will have to put my range rover order on hold for a while until this ea makes a recovery... 😲

I had 2 buy trades GBPUSD with 3,9% win 😄
My broker is activtrades, ECN account and i use a vps.
As you know i have breakeven and entry_filter set to true (and i think i will leave it like this).

its not good that you are getting the opposite trades to some of us though. its not giving me any confidence in keltner

Those of you who won with a buy order for GBPUSD this Monday morning, do you see a GAP or a PRICE BAR on your chart at market open?
I have a PRICE BAR at market open at exactly 0:00am London time and had a SELL for GBPUSD, which resulted in a loss.
I was wondering if the GAP some of you have, depending on your broker's price feed, had saved you from being pulled into a SELL trade and gave you a BUY when the price retraced more than a 100 pips.

ricki72, I changed to same settings as you. Getting sick of getting teased with profit turning into losses. Why does it say "trade copier" in your description? Did you get a copier instead of buying the EA conventional way? I am new here so forgive ignorance.
I also got the 5 lost trades on GBP/USD, what I don't get is why the EA placed sell trades while market was going up. It was well after open and the gap had nothing to do with it, pricing was very close to same as Jared's live account here. I am at MyFxChoice on VPS.

To clarify, it was 3 sell trades placed that should of been buys for sure according to the rules of the EA. The first two were okay to be sells according to the EA's strategy.

No, i will change the description.
Before i used this account for a trade copier. It was "Profit Empire Robot". May be you knew this one, was very famous here.
The account blew up, but i leaved early enough not to lose all.
I swear i bought this EA conventional way. I also don´t know why there are these differences...
I am a beginner like you.
Perhaps the broker...?
We should ask Jared (?)
I told him already that i have other and better results than he has, with the 2 different sets. He found it interesting.

Thanks for all the info, I did hear about "PER" and leads to my next question: I have seen these trade signals (trade copier) on MQL5 like this one: 'Performance xTREME' that shows only one loss. Are these for real? If yes, are you doing this too on top of your EA's?

About MQL5 i heard from different people "stay away from this site".
PER´s technique was very simple, he followed another signal and sold his "service" for 100$ per month (very smart 😈).
He didn´t know anything about trading.
This was nothing more than a grid/martingale strategy... keep all the trades opened untill they make profit. How it ended is not a surprise: The only loss (first and last one) was the margin call.
I hope the answer is ok for you. Else ask.

i wrote it already:
entry_filter and breakeven set to true (instead of false)
The rest: default settings (as described in the manual of Jared)

No prob at all, your english is very good. This particular copier 'Performance xTREME' opens and closes a lot of trades...not grid/martingale. Check it out... It is trading micro lots. But something may be wrong since people are saying stay away, I have never looked into it so would be interesting to know why.

I had a look on this performance xTREME. Looks good!
But i am carefull with this Signls which pretend not to have more than 1 loss in 500 trades.. This is impossible.
Systems which have no loss trades normally go very deep in drawdown, untill complete loss.
MQL says only 25% DD.
I don´t know how it is on MQL5.com But i followed some signals on share4you (Broker: Forex4you), they were very promising . 50% to 100% profit per month, 99% win trades, DD only 0.5% (for example....) . A dream!
Some days after i started to folow these good signals, my account blew up.
So the DD showed on share4you was a ... "lie".
I got rid of following signals. Traders are humans... EAs are better 😁

Yeah, I agree...prob same deal with this performance xTREME.
Off topic; My grandfather came from Trent, Germany. You been around there before while in Germany? I want to visit that area someday.
