Hello MQLme
Is there any security option where your EA stop trading if floating drawdown (%) is under value which we can choose? And do you recommend it according to risk setting we have?

Dear @majamivice

Currently the EA does not have such option but we try to consider it in the next updates.

Hello MQLme supporter
I'm deciding to buy MQL Me EA. I want to know If my broker is Weltrade , My leverage is 1:1000 ,
My balance is 2,000 USD , Usually spread of EURUSD is 0.9-1.2 pips.
- Can I use this EA with risk = 15 or 30 ?How much maximum floating loss or Drawdown ? How much the profit that can expected for 1 month?
- If I use default risk = 10 , How much maximum floating loss or Drawdown ? How much the profit that can expected for 1 month

- I like concept for this EA that has the master who take care decision to trade. It will safer more than only EA without human intervention. From last friday with GBP Crisis that GBPUSD drop about 5,000 point. it's so terrible. If this situation occur on EURUSD
What do you think MQL Me can survive with situtation look like this ?

Thank you in advance for you reply

Dear @kitty33421

Thanks for your interest in MQL.me Expert Advisor.

We have not tried your broker but our EA works under all MT4 supported brokers.

With your account you may use the Risk up to 30 as our live account.

- We use Risk 30 for our live test. Please notice that this is aggressive setting and you need at least 1:200 leverage. The maximum DD in worst case could be up to 90% of the account balance. There is no fixed value for monthly return but our history shows something about 60% a month.

- We recommend Risk 10. The max possible DD would be about 30% and monthly return about 15% to 20%.

- MQL.me never open a new position on Fridays but no EA can survive from such a huge sudden move if it happens during the trading days.

It's doing good, but if you are an emotional trader I wouldn't recommend it. Even with Risk 10 I have gone into drawdowns of -$40/50. I personally feel that the entry points could be better. I think drawdown could be limited with a better entry but that isn't to say the system is doing bad for me, just constructive criticism. I think the best thing this EA could do is re-code their Risk settings to a percentage. For example, Risk 2%, that way the max Risk on your account is 2% even with the 200 pip stop loss. Time will tell how the EA keeps up. But that is all my personal experience. They do have great support team.

Agree, I think the entry could be better. And frequently posting is important, at least we know they are monitor the open trade during the drawdown, such as this times, drawdown have been 50pip + and no action or update info.

Hi MQL.me

any plan for hard stop and still waiting?

Thanks for the updates guys, I purchased the EA anyway and am running on a small account that frankly if I lost I would not be that bothered so hopefully things will work out. Although since they advertised the account with risk 30 I am also on that I kind of agree with you on the entry point especially with today's trade but that's forex if I could do better I wouldn't need EA's.

Happy pips all.

Dear @fxdummy

Not yet. We still believe the market goes up and touches our TP.

We are constantly monitoring the trend.

With coming up FOMC Meeting Minutes, and strong USD, hopefully MQLme would come up with something.
Last three months trades were quite good.

I agree, I think it would be better if we could get updated when large drawdowns such as this one are happening. I personally don't understand the entry point on this trade as there showed no signs of price going up. The downtrend was in full effect. Regardless, an update would be nice

Currently down over $100 just using Risk 10, I understand losses but the first entry really just didn't make any sense. Then a second trade is opened fighting a counter trend and profits aren't taken. I would like some kind of explanation, Or pray that this pair goes up...
