Dear Clients

Because of fast movement of market the last trade was just open for 7 seconds before touching the TP so some of you may have missed it.

We are sorry about this but don't worry we will have new trades.

@MQLme how would this happen? Could it be using a different broker?

Dear @bounty_hunt3r

Actually if you look to the chart you will see the movement was so fast.

The client side EA checks about every 10 seconds for the signals but that trade was open for about 7 seconds.

We are sorry but as I said before it rarely happens.

Dear @mkirac

MQL.me Expert Advisor receives the signals from our server. This makes us sure all clients would have the same trades as our main account.

We are running the master EA on our account so everyone can compare their results with our account.

As I said before that missing trade is so rare and we try our best to avoid such situation.

Hi @MQL.me

We have more trades than usual comparing with the days before, not sure if it is because the EA tried recovering the no trades yesterday and day before. But I agree with you that you said 'After all it's much better to not trade than opening a losing trade.'. Just my opinion that the opening trade today on buying is a bit risky. Because It is pretty much staying at the highest for 7 days history, and RSI and Bollingers Band on H1 and H4 charts both showed the chance of moving up is less then 50%. I know you people will able to recover the profit after all, just want to learn more from you.

Many thanks

Dear @fxdummy

We appreciate your suggestion. We always try our best to go forward. The last trade could touch the TP very soon. It was in profit for 11.2 pips actually before the market goes down. Now it has been managed by the recovery trade.

Since we have NFP news tomorrow so we stop the trading for current week.

Nope, same small profit with recovery for me, just like the one shown here.

Understood and good to hear there is no trading during NFP, playing safe is the rule one. I am just thinking that if the trades of yesterday went easier and safer, then we might have a short with another 10+ pips gain instead of the risky long with closing barely break even (actually it was a lose for me after the swap). There is no rush even no trades for couples day, as long as you keep us posted. You know we have idea what is going on a trade copier and even we have no reset button to restart the EA.

And I agree that your EA and trading strategy is one of the best in the market.

Many thanks for your great EA

You would be able to recruit more customers if a 1-month subcription were offered, too, so subscribers could gain confidence with the EA by running their own backtests and forward tests before commiting to a 1-year deal.

Until then, would it be possible to see the results of a 4-5 years backtest with linear (i.e. fixed) lot sizing and 2 pips spread? Thanks!

Dear @FxMasterGuru

Thanks for your comment. We will consider your suggestion.

About the back test I should say that this EA has been designed and optimized based on recent (last 2 years) tick data. The market behavior changes over time so the back test results for 4 or 5 years ago does not necessary is a good factor for analyzing the EA current performance.

You may see the back test result for 2014.01.01 to 2016.04.01 using below link:

Hi, your BT results with build 950 are most likely wrong...

There was a 'spread bug' in 950.
And there is a workaround for that.
Here are the results with same settings of an EA with 950 and 910, both 99,9%
it only shows n/a in 950:
MT4 build 950:

MT4 build 910, same settings:

There is an issue in build 950 tester with the spread. It doesn't take the spread settings correctly.

The most of my 950 BT are wrong now...

So beware of results from 950 BT without doing this workaround:
From tickstory.com: (also if you make BT without tickstory)

'Due to an issue with MT4 Builds 940 and 950, you will be required to do the following steps each time you wish to set the spread:
1. Launch MT4 as usual via the Tickstory launcher.
2. In the MT4 Strategy Tester, select your desired spread.
3. Select the 'Control points' modelling type and press the 'Test' button. You can immediately stop the back-test once it has started. The selected spread will now take effect.
4. Select the 'Tick' modelling method and continue back-testing as normal.
5. Repeat steps 2-4 whenever you wish to change the spread.'

After you made these steps it works correctly and you get exactly the same results.

Dear @upandgo

I can make you sure the back test results are completely right. We have a group of programmers who take care about the quality of the data and the test.

Sorry but I don't see any likeness between our back test chart and what you published here.

Hello MQLme
Is there any security option where your EA stop trading if floating drawdown (%) is under value which we can choose? And do you recommend it according to risk setting we have?
