This week nzdusd open 6 trades. 2 hit sl, 2 profit, 2 still floating. I hope the 2 trades that still floating will not hit sl & make profit..
Confidence is not "I will profit on this trade." Confidence is "I will be fine if I don't profit from this trade.

Sounds like this FXtrader2010 is Doug in disguise... follow his comments how he try's to make Rev Trader Pro good, and take away the pain... lol.. go look at where he posts and all his history chats.. see where he always comments... he leaves a nice trail of disguise or is been paid by Doug... or is Doug... lol

LOL Doug Price, yeah right!Although there is no way to prove I am not as Doug price isnt his real name. Im just a forex trader from Canada who has been around for a long time and experienced a lot and who knows a lot about forex trading.

RTP is a trend trader. The trend ended about 2 Jan. Now look at the growth chart. It would have been best to just shut RTP off for a while, but hey, who has a crystal ball? Kind of looks to me like the reversal/rebound is started though. As soon as RTP starts buying turn it back on, my guess.

Good, I think is normal to receive an email during the weekend for information about disactive the EA in some hours, and after in case in FRIDAY to disactive the Stop on Friday.
The best solution is to insert a SERVER NEWS like other EA

What initially drew me, and I guess others to this EA, was the amount of care taken in Checking All Signals Before a Trade was placed, of course means a less active trading EA.

That the Indicators that are used to filter out the Crap Trades from the Good......are the best.

But it seems to me that RTP works great in a trending market, and shits itself in times of uncertainty, such as a sideways / trend reversal market.

I agree with 'mactavish' & 'Roger72'

NZDUSD - On the H1 chart......Looks like an up-trend since 11/03/2015 @ 23:00, i use the default settings on the ZIGZAG indicator, to highlight this. Refer to Attached Screenshot

Perhaps adding 2 more Indicators to help filter out the following:

1) News Events - Hold placing Trades on High/Med News Events till after it's release.
2) If Short Term Trend Direction [H1] = Long Term Trend Direction [D1] then Place Trade in that direction.

If the HI/LO Indicator on the [H1] chart could be recoded to have a longer 'Look Back' period say 200 candles back on the NZDUSD H1 chart, and used to signal the following:

5 red & blue arrows are higher = uptrend
5 red & blue arrows are lower = downtrend

That may help remove RTP's weaknesses.

Hope this Helps.

Jean-Claude.

On 11/03/2015 @23:00 Stoch was oversold@ around 20. For that case RTP will not work for a sell. So we cannot compare the case of that date to last Friday.

Some pairs vs bucks will go down before Tuesdays this week for sure, for they are looking now at CPI of US how it will be released( Yellen's one of four main indicators for hiking rate...) and for Kiwie and Aussie vs bucks there is important releasing news from China PMI, therefore no institutions (big boys) will jump in and buy massive again before those events...,except they get inside info somewhere ...look at the price actions.

Cheers!

OK I sent out my post last week talking about how I was still up...that sure changed with this current trade.
Was hoping for a Sunday bounce and I was bounced alright. 2K loss is not going to help my numbers on this EA.
Talk about being B*tch slapped.

Ok so then surely we should all switch back to version 2.2? The upgrades have clearly killed this ea.
