It already recovered a chunk of what it lost yesterday, but how is it a scam because it had a bad day from a big news event? If you don't have anything meaningful to comment here, just leave.

I fully agree with Doug.
Just a little warning email ...as like that received for Vortex.

The thing is this kind of news in the past has been quite profitable for REV. That is why I left it on. The problem is, it just kept going further than it should have. Either way, to be safe it's always best to turn off during news for those who are conservative.

I agree for playing safe, vice versa, we already turn GBP off now, if turn off RTP during news time, then I just afraid RTP would just sit dust by the trading freq of RTP right now. Any advise?

Even though we listen to your advise to turn off EA, but they are talking global wide here, some people are living in other side of the world, once they wake up in the morning, they saw your email and found too late already. Such as the message from VTP forum

Too late, Sell GBP USD WAS ALREDAY OPENED... Probably you didnt get the signal'

Sorry for all the questions, because I bought RTP at Christmas, and still in debit zone badly, I didn't ask for refund within for 60 days and wish RTP will work great again. And I believe you guys are smart and will come up a solution quickly.

I fully, 100% agree with this guy saying, and i am one of those like himself sitting in the dark side still at this moment, what do the rest of traders here think? You guys have the same feeling or pains?

This I can share my agreement with you that at least vendor is tough and has quite firm faith in his trading strategy. This is a very important part of trader character!

Cheers!

Minh
I am also sailing in the same as of you, bought it near xmas and never been profitable despite several assurances and fixes provided by vendor. This forces me to think about that I have been scammed prudently and do not know where to look for.I see responses from other buyers and they are not profitable either.I have found that sufficient instructions ,timely announcements are missing on vendor's part. It is a complete waste of money.

I believe RTP is a one of the great EAs on the market, but just happen that keep on not making money and low number of trades in the recent months, and we both just on the bad luck that we started RTP at the bad moment. As a new guy in forex, all the money losing here is my hard earning money. I still have faith the RTP guys will make the thing straight very soon.

Any sincere, who needs repeat business would try to fix it to save his reputation.Unfortunately, this vendor does not fall in that category. It seems all he cares is how much he can make and gives a damn to customers. You can see how rude he can be to customers ,when user 'rob559' agreed with me ,Doug 's response was 'If you don't have anything meaningful to comment here, just leave.' IMO this is not a way to treat your customers.Vendor should have asked what the issues are and try to resolve them.If he cannot resolve then return the money.Customers MUST be treated with respect.

Look like another bad day on RTP with NZD, no much choice left, I set RTP risk managment below 3%, just losing too much already. Hope Doug may find a way to fix it soon. And I also agree with harry004 'If you don't have anything meaningful to comment here, just leave.' is too much for a vendor saying that. We all know the RTP has been losing money for months already, and for a $700 EA should do better than it, and last thing a vendor want to see is the client giving up on his product.

not sure the 'Change the Friday Close setting to FALSE,' will help, becuase not much room left from SL now.

One stopped out...I set close Friday to false and hoping for a nice gap down Sunday open unless the other two get stopped out before 😀

I am doing better with a super hot trade copier than any of my EA's now. See my feed if want more info or PM me.

Good luck to us recovering on this NZD/USD trades...

Glad it did, only way to recover and it's working so far, I placed a manual sell trade on NZD/USD as well at high today to help. Hoping for a nice EOD recovery on RTP or on Sunday.

Good Luck To Us!

Yes shitty week indeed, thanks to the FED announcement. Either way, I plan on sending out an email this weekend on how to handle this market situation for now.

I asked to Do to change REV Trader Pro with Vortex, paying the difference of price, but Doug does not agree.

I have some doubt: I suppose I can't neither resell REV Trader Pro in the future to nobody ...

I think those new orders will be profitable.
I wish they will recover the loss of early NZUSD trades.

Why is everyone so afraid of a loss? You will not be consistently profitable until you learn to take a loss and let your system in which has the edge play out that edge.

Sounds like this FXtrader2010 is Doug in disguise... follow his comments how he try's to make Rev Trader Pro good, and take away the pain... lol.. go look at where he posts and all his history chats.. see where he always comments... he leaves a nice trail of disguise or is been paid by Doug... or is Doug... lol
