Smart Scalper 1.1 Discussion

The product they sold me absolutely does not function on live accounts. I have tried it on five different live accounts. They offered a money back guarantee on their website, and then removed it when I asked for my money back. Claimed it was removed 3 months ago. The problem with that bald face lie is that I never heard of them til 2 weeks ago. I saved a copy of their web page (with guarantee 3 days ago) and in addition , they assured me by email that my money would be refunded if I wasn't happy.

Maybe they will put up a live account sooner or later, but it will certainly not be running what they sold me.

He will say settings are wrong or some other nonsense. I sent him screenshots of all settings & asked him to point out what was wrong....nothing

You are not honest. You have sent us several email and we have answered all of them to make you satisfied and solve your problems.

All traders know that an EA result may be different on different brokers. You easily call us liars ...

The money back guarantee was only for our last EA (Tortoise 2.1) . Be sure we have never published any thing about money back for this EA. We even haven't lucked our EAs which means you can use them on several accounts. We did that because we always trusted you and all of the customers.

We are honest enough to share our EA live results and answer to the all questions.

As you are well aware You gave your word of money back in addition to the money back guarantee that you removed from your website a couple days ago. I have copies of the web page you deleted as well as your personal emails promising my money back if I was unhappy. I'm happy to provide these to anyone, including Attorney Generals in your state and mine. You lied about when the webpage was edited and you lied in emails promising my money bach. That is the definition of a liar. Even on your my fxbook page https://www.myfxbook.com/members/MQLHome You state 'ALL OF OUR PRODUCTS HAVE MONEY BACK GUARANTEE' Your words not mine... And yes I saved a copy of that as well. Running to edoit it now won't help you.

I'm really sorry for you. Check your email. In the last email before you buy the EA I have told you these words 'Our products are not free to try'

I'm not worry about any thing because I've many customers who are satisfied with our EA and also our support.

I'm really sorry to talking in this way but you are the real lair. You can say any thing about us but we still continue our work and will open a new real account soon and prove how our EA works.

I suggest you to learn more about MT4. Most of your problems was about setting the EA which is really simple.

Where are all those many happy clients. If your product performed as represented for me, I would certainly be here singing your praises. I've posted my live account running your EA for anyone to see. I've offered you screenshots of all my settings (exactly the settings you instructed) for you to review and point out anything wrong. You have ignored these because you know that is not the issue.

If you have many happy clients, let just a couple hundred of them post their live results here.

And how is it that you have been saying for a month that you are Trying to set up live account. How is it that it only takes me a couple days and after a month someone like you wih 'Vast knowlege of forex markets' is still TRYING.

Shall I answer my own question..... Either you have put it on live accounts and you wouldn't want anyone to see the results, or you know damn welll it won't work on live accounts.

BTW....It still says on your fxbook bio...'ALL our products have money back guarantee' What is your definition of the word ALL?

Here are the settings on live account at IBFX, the broker you suggested and the settings you specified. The inputs are yours; exactly as I received them. There have been no trades in two weeks. If any of these settings are wrong , please advise

I offered you that before. The only condition was that , if you get it to work on this account that you return control of the account to me, and provide me with exactly the same EA and same configuration that worked. To this you responded ' You can continue to test the EA yourself'.

If you run something on my account that makes trades and makes money and it is not the same thing you give to me. What does that have to do with this product? I want the product you sold me to work. I have several EA's running on numerous accounts and all work except the one you sold me.

As I answered before; You are welcome to take control of this account for a few weeks. If you get Smart scalper to work on it with results similar to what you show in this demo, I need you to provide me with exactly the same EA and return control to me.....And of course, if you can't do thes things, I would like my money back.

I've sent you a new version which has been modified for IBFX.

The EA is the same but I've set the 'Hide_SL' parameter to true and also raised max allowed spread to 3.5 pips. It should work well. Please test ot and let us know the result.

Well I think it was better when it took no trades. In one day it managed to be down as much as 60% equity (open trades). Looks like it is likely to leave me holding open trades over the weekend down about 30-40%.

Why don't you set the GMT_Offset parametere right?

The EA shouldn't open any position on that time for you.

You have turned on the EA exactly before NFP news. Why don't you read the manual first?

Look the Forex EA market is big, and many people rich enough just put real money to trade even the Broker is different.

Refund is never an issue for customer as long as they did not pass the guaranteed DAYS set by the portal payment service.

Seller can said that they guarantee Refund in 14 Days or 7 Days, but it can not overwrite the Portal Payment Policy.

Customer just need to login to Paypal or ClickBank and request Resolve this payment, money will automatic refund within weeks.

Most EA only work well on Alpari, such as Fapturbo and Megadroid.

The data feed of Alpari data probably is more sensitive and 5 digit.

Seem like many trader still very New and didn't do back test and demo test before play on real money.

Well same as me, been through that part already and still lose money even play well in 3 month demo.

So disaster do make you become master if you try long enough.

Someone on this board was complaining the other day because Paypal didn't help them to get a refund.

Most EA's work on any broker, not only Alpari. Of course you'd have to know what it actually does to manage it.

Back tests are useless as you know since you lost money even after testing.

And disaster certainly doesn't make you better for it. Not of you're being deliberately misled as is the case in 99.9% of EA sales.
