Here is a demo account running smart scalper for several weeks. The EA continues to leverage into a position when it moves against you. This does work almost every time. Problem is once it is leveraged to the max, the positions will close only when the account comes back to even or the account hits margin call. As Nessa astutely pointed out. It is not a question of if this will occur, only of when.

I'm sure he will rant about settings and GMT offsets. These are all set precisely as he instructed and the EA was turned off before news release and back on over an hour after as instructed.

Sorry but I don't believe you are doing every thing right.

Our EA is working 24 hours a day without any problem.

Ok, it seems this is a question that is going on between the ea vendor and one customer, and of course, NFP is a no day to trade for a scalper. We all should now that before put money at risk.

Having said that, I have a simple question:

I see sometimes a position of 3x times size the regular one. What is that? How much is the SL for this ea, consider also the 3x time size position?

thank you.

Dear Averagejoe

Thanks for your comment. The SL point is 150 pips from the first position. The first and second position lot sizes are the same but the third one is 3x . When the EA opens the third position it just wanna to exit the market without any loss so it closes all 3 position when the total profit be more than zero. This situation usually happens during high impact economic news.

The manual does not specify which time frame to attach the EA. Also, the manual mentioned about Tortoise! Suppose it is a typo error.

I'm using Alpari Demo account. The trades executed so far are different from your statement on MyFXBook. What is the version that you are using?

Dear Kobebeef

Please use the EA on H1 time frame. We have corrected the manual now.

Please specify what Alpari you are using? We are using the Alpari-UK . As we have checked the results are different on UK and US brokers. This is because of their difference on tick data.

We switched over to Alpari UK demo as recommended but the trades are still different from your statement with MyFXBook.

Which version of Smart Scalper EA are you using? 1.1 or 1.1.2?

Strange, isn't it. These guys claim to have many satisfied customers, but the only two customers offering any feedback here are completely unhappy with this product. Also peculiar that the vendor is apparently unwilling to risk a dime of his own money in a real account running this EA.

No Sir, We currently have many customers which are satisfied with our EA.

Where are they? Why are none of them thanking you here and showing their results. Of all these many happy customers. There are only two very unhappy ones saying one word here. I'm just saying, that's peculiar.

We can't request all the customers to send a feed back here. You are free to write your comment here but you can't write about some thing which you don't have enough information about it on a public forum. We tried our best to help you using the EA on a right way but it seems you should read more about the EAs.

As you very well know, I am using the EA exactly as you instructed. I have sent you screenshots of all settings and you have been unable to find fault with any of them. I'm sure you must have many happy customers, because you say so. And if there is one thing you and I know , it is that you don't ever LIE. Right?

It must be different version that you are using.

We used the same broker, Alpari UK, but we do not have the same trades. I want my money back!

His bio page says 'money back guarantee'

https://www.myfxbook.com/members/MQLHome

His website said same but he deleted it after I asked for my money back. Here is a copy of his terms, including the money back guarantee before he deleted it.
