I stopped the robot after a week of work.
the robot is worth nothing!
it's just a toy!
I have sent many emails to the seller for reimbursement as described in the conditions of sale.
Unfortunately, the seller is a crook!
He never answers emails, and does not respond to the support of its website.
This is not an honest behavior.
He just tries to sell the robot knowing that the robot is not working.
this is a real scam !!!

Sure. I email him a questions regarding the new feature of the updated version of the EA. I bought the EA sometime ago and was testing it but it stopped trading a few weeks ago. Not sure why it stopped but I still notice there were trades done on his myfxbook account so I sent him an email to see what updates were done to the new version.

Hmm, vendor told us in a Discussion that MFM4 is a totally new EA and not an upgrade. You can see the discussion in MFM4 Discuss. He has relented to MFM3 owners and kindly provided all users with MFM4 (or at least he gave me a copy).
