well, I did say to wait Monday... back in huge trouble. good luck again for those who had the robot live a day of ECB meeting. really a shame that the owner of this robot is just not changing this parameter, as otherwise it is or was working very well...

OK so this post goes out to the remaining followers. Where are we at with this EA? General comments of ECB meetings and Fed Meeting minutes and Non Farm Payroll seem to be the common sticking points. If the EA is run for two weeks towards the middle of the month you should be able to get a reasonably 'safe' (so far) return of at least 20% or more. I don't know of anything else in the market that can do this? Honestly I am disappointed with Sphantom themselves if they had given a bit more time and effort to this they could have avoided the increasing number of negative comments here. I still believe that they have something of value here to offer.
Going forward maybe those who are still sticking with this can debate 'here' when is the right time to switch this thing on and off even if Sphantom doesn't care to make this work maybe the followers can.
This month I am planning on switching it off at the beginning of the Asian Session Wed July 30th and switching it back on on Thursday August 7th after ECB press conference?

like every month: why is this robot trading during the ECB week?
I mean it is so simple to disconnect it that particular week every month, and save the account.
Given the position today, and the important meeting next Thursday, the chances to survive are the same as the ones if you were playing casino or lottery.
Good luck mate (all), it was fun again this month to enjoy 50% gain...
but you do not take into account my basic comments which could save your robots.

Please keep in mind that next Thursday, the 5th of June, is a major ECB meeting.
I would simply turn-off the robot at the end of this week, and not have it trading AT ALL next week, to be safe, as in real life, a professional trader will not take such casino bet. no matter the direction, it will go crazy that day, and the days before it is simply impossible to predict if it will be volatile or stable during 1, 2 or 3 days...
Please consider, otherwise you will never be able to see if your algorithm can get back to + 2k %...

why trading this particular week, where we have a huge FED speech (now), and tomorrow a huge meeting from ECB, where the ForexMarket will be crazy, no matter the direction. It is casino game this week, and this robot is not a grid, so it should be off during such sort of weeks, which are happening every month!!
Good luck, but I guess this time around a -80% will mean full bankruptcy!

Easy to remember:
NEVER NEVER buy/pay for a robot without at least 18 months trading history, as a proof that it is not chance after chance (like this one with only 70/80 trades in 10 months), but rather systematic/consistent statistics.
It was nice to follow. Thanks I did not pay for this crashed system.
