Services in Bulgaria are the main economic sector accounting for 59% of total GDP, followed by industry which accounts for 24%, and agriculture which accounts for 5%. When it comes to expenditures, household consumption is the most important component of GDP, accounting for 63% of total use, this is followed by gross fixed capital formation 21%, and government expenditure accounting 17%. Exports of goods and services account for 65% of GDP, while imports account for 66%, resulting in a net loss of 1% of total GDP.
