What do you like best about XM Group?
I think that the standard account is overseen by many. Yes, the spreads are wider than with ultra low accounts, however, the ultra low does not offer any bonuses like with standard. The bonuses are very generous and help me to risk less of my own money.
What would you improve about XM Group?
Xm is a big brokerage, so, i don’t really understand why they wouldn’t cooperate with the trading view already. It would add the versatility of platforms offered for sure.
Overall
All in all, nothing really to complain about. Everything was stable and worked like they promised on their website.

Amazing platform. No fees for withdrawals, very reliable. Lots to love.

I think spreads are modest, but could be better for cfd shares.
More advanced features, I liked a lot when they introduced mt5, but has been pretty quiet since.
Overall
Trading in general is worth it, levelled up my financial understanding and knowledge of whats happening to my stocks by a huge margin. XM has been a decent friend in this journey, so I'm being fair to them.

Spreads at a standard account is not something to boast about.

Basically, I liked it all. The MT 5 platform has ways to automate the trading.
Also, trading conditions, spreads and leverage were fine.

I didnt yet tried to deposit and withdraw, so don’t know about these processes In other things, I guess, nothing to suggest for the improvement.
Overall
My demo trading was pretty okay. Conditions seem to be reasonable and the platform is well-built, equipped with a wide range of trading tools. I hope real is the same.

I asked a lot of questiions from customer service about deposit and withdrawals and they help me with all of those.
What would you improve about XM Group?
I think only MT is outdated now and maybe more platforms would be good. For example cTrader or maybe Tradingview is popular as well.
Overall
Next August will be one year with XM and I use this broker every morning before going to work and put some limit orders. Then I control my trades from xm app, it's comfortable.

The platform is stable and the execution is pretty fast and consistent, even in the high volatility hours. This is great for day traders. Also spreads are solid, but it worth mention that this platform doesn't provide raw spreads account type which is suitable for scalpers

Wow now when I actually think about it- it was like 4 years already and I sign up with XM when it was still pandemic I was at home and I bored. So I started with trading and I got advice that XM is good and yes people were right XM is good indeed.

Xm has many benefits. But, for me, the main ones were the reasonable and affordable costs for trading, and responsive support, in case I need to handle some problem quickly.

Well, they need to add something other than the MT platform-integration with TradingView would be nice.

As a whole, the conditions and environment was suitable for me. I had no problems, though I can’t say that I use it on a frequent basis, anyway, a completely normal broker.

Just after I finished the registration procedure and my account was verified/approved, I received an email from an agent saying that if I ever need support or have questions, I can write back to her. And indeed, I had, it was related to the deposit. Somehow, my transfer was not going throughl. We were able to solve the issue quickly
