yeah they should make the response speed for cleints questions faster, got some waiting a couple times

webtrader is a real thing - doing trades on mt4 and turned to be my favorite
without equidistant channel and fibonacci indicators would be tough for my daily eurusd execs, really helped me get resistance levels

I enjoy the new update, where they introduced their own trading platforms. It has great features in it, and the tradingview charts are the cherry on top. They were really in need of this addition.
What would you improve about XM Group?
The fees. They are nice on an ultra low account, but with it I can’t access the promos. However, on a standard account the fees are above average imho.

the withdrawal have to be channel back to our banking account. not the credit card. xm liked to contra the deposit we made by credit card, however, when the second deposit was made through banking transfer, the withdraw still channel back to credit card.

xm have to provide more deposit option and withdrawal option, such as wise, or USDT like other broker

I think it would be nice if withdrawals were a little faster and if there were more payment options. Also, adding more trading tools and instruments would make the platform even better.

Do they add new promotions every quarter? I remember there was one in spring, then another one in summer, and now in autumn. Got a $750 bonus by reaching 10 lots per week.
What would you improve about XM Group?
Nothing, the recent update closed all my questions and they’ve become better than earlier.
Overall
If you want to reap those bonuses, then you better focus on your risk management because reaching 10 lots per week is not a joke, some traders might be liquidated, so I don’t recommend anyone, in particular, beginners, don’t bite off more than you can chew.

Honestly, I wanted to say a few things about their platform, but the recent update changed everything, finally TradingView’s interface is available.

I have not faced any problems with the platform and I am proud to work with it. I like the security in Mansoura when depositing my money as if I were putting it in my own bank. It provides many free features for professionals and also does not impose overnight commissions when choosing the Islamic account.

Honestly, they’re fine, I didn’t find any serious downsides, especially after the recent huge update.
