Just after I finished the registration procedure and my account was verified/approved, I received an email from an agent saying that if I ever need support or have questions, I can write back to her. I don’t have years of experience in trading, but I have learned enough to estimate the overall costs of trading brokers… and in this regard, XM excels. While the spreads on the Ultra low account are just fine, somewhere within the standard in the industry, there are no additional costs - not even swap fees :D
If you are looking to reduce your costs, I recommend checking the Ultra low account.

Probably a lot of traders already shared their experiences with XM broker except me. Well,I've been trading via XM for over 1 year and for all this time I can say this is a great brokerage company. Most of all I like how often they hold trading competitions for their customers. The prize pool consists of 130,000$ but it would be better if they would give away this amount of money to the most loyal customers like me.😁
Honestly, I can’t even name any serious disadvantages of this company but I want to say that the support team is impressive and the speed of responses to questions is light fast.

Guys if you are just starting like me, I suggest you go for micro. They have smaller lot so you can risk less. Took me some time to understand lots, but now I know about them. Trading with XM is nice, when I put a trade it is instant, and the closing is also instant. Too many platforms tho, but I guess its comfortability for people...
