Been with this broker for 8 months now and never had a problem. I have found their support to very helpful when needing to get information. I have now opened a second live account with them.

Highly recommended!

well for me this broker is the better and best then all other brokers

Very bad experience with this broker.

I opened an account on May/1 with 20 USD to try, because I read some bad reviews. After I made some profits, they delayed all my orders from 200ms average (I work from a VPS in UK) to more than 3 sec, sometimes 20sec, 30sec!!, so the big slippage arises... It's an unethical behavior and I don't know who loses more with this kind of tricks, because me and maybe some traders who are reading this review will stay away of this broker.

I currently trade 2 live accounts with them. Every broker has its pluses and minuses.

This broker is not good , if you like open orders , not positions. it has a big Slippage , I don't like this broker!

instaforex offer the bonus also, the difference is that i can wd profit only without cutting bonus off,it is not an advertisement for them but i'm trading there since a while and wd my profit without any problems each week

I have been to many broker yet so shit like xem is no other!

3000 was € 1100 bonus credits, and as soon as you pay only 1 euro off of the entire bonus!

so now to support!
no answer no payout!
Payout only with great effort possible!
no wonder that the bonus pay that much lol

ich war schon bei vielen broker doch so scheisse wie xem ist keine andere !

habe 3000 euro guthaben 1100 bonus und sobald wie man nur 1 euro auszahlt der der gesammte bonus weg !

so und jetzt zum support !
keine antwort keine auszahlung !
auszahlung nur bit grosser mühe möglich !

Very high spread on standard account (variable 3+ pips on EURUSD), deposit & withdrawal are instant with Credit Card/Skril and take 2-5 days for bank tranfer.

They removed all my bonus after my first withdraw without considering this was a partial withdrawal.

Not a bad broker but some others are better.

So only based on spreads, you give broker 2/5, even though all other criteria is good?

While spreads may be a factor for certain very aggressive scalping strategies, from my point of view spreads are the least important aspect of rating a broker. I've traded with brokers with lower spreads and most of them do not have the professionalism that trading point has.

fastest platform I've tried. exicution very fast.
spread .. high .... Welcome Bonus great. if they had an ECN account as FXopen with this exicution speed, had all my accounts been with them. spreds is expensive, but quality might cost money. not good for me I am a scalper

Dear Ravenlok,

During the weekend(s) we regularly move to maintenance mode similar to most online brokerages. Specifically during the weekend of the 21st and the 22nd of April we have worked on a maintenance of our real servers, during the maintenance some of the data has been moved to the back up server until the maintenance comes to an end.

For a short period of time on 21.04 (Sat) at a time when the markets were closed accounts where not access-able, which is why you have received the error message 'invalid account'.

The above resulted to the backup server sending uncompleted statements on the 23rd and the 24th of April, so some clients have received 2 statements (one incomplete for back up server and complete on from main server). In case of doubts clients in all times can generate correct statement on any time frame by MT4 client terminal in account history tab : just right click and choose a period and 'save as report' on any destination of your computer.

Hi TP,
last sat/sunday, I've got all my accounts (real & demo) totally invalidated or no connection- that's resolved.

Now (25apr2012, Wed), I'm getting two statements for the same trading day with different results sent for 23 & 24 April 2012.

The 1st one got 6 'closed transactions' details; the 2nd one (sent minutes later) only got the top 2 usdcad for 'closed transactions' for that day (for 24apr).

It seems I'm getting lesser profit for the same day's statement (for 24apr & 23Apr) on the 2nd statement's *closed transactions*- my bottom-line.

Hope your side would resolve this right so there would not be such cause leading to a dispute- which I do hope not.

I've made this report to TP support.

Anyone else got similar problem?

I didn't find any problem yet. Completely good broker with no requotes. Withdrawal is fast and always within 1 day in case of ecurrency.
No one knows what power lies undeveloped in that wiry system of mine.

A good broker with great service. Any time I can change my micro account leverage and easily deposit and WD using Liberty Reserve.
