I don't think 3 weeks is nearly long enough, but everyone is different since some learn more quickly. I was on demo for about 6 months.

Disagree with this. It isn't pure gambling, traders make decisions based off of knowledge and other factors. Yes, sometimes those educated guesses may be wrong but you don't just go betting on...
