What guarantee will you give to your clients to honor your guarantee? When my bank asks me for a guarantee, I have to either deposit money on escrow, get someone to guarantee it by using his assets, or to use my own assets as guarantee (real estate properties, or any other guarantee they find adequate). In case I don't pay, they execute the guaratee and get their money back.How would it work with you? Thanks for the information!
