What do you like best about XS?
I’ve been cooperating with XS.com for over 2 years and for all that time, they’ve always been improving their services and adding something new to make traders’ lives easier and more profitable. A few months ago, they added XS AI insights tool on their website and it was literally something mind blowing. It can track my trading data, after some analysis, detects weaknesses and opportunities. After all, the AI generates personalized strategy reports and thanks to this, I found out so many things about myself and my trading style. I changed my approach on the forex market a little bit and after that I started making profits easily.
What would you improve about XS?
The client support has some space for improvement, they’re good tho, but their speed is quite slow for a broker of such a level. I don’t want to wait for about 20-30 minutes to get a response, 5-10 is perfect if you want to help customers to solve their problems.

I don’t even remember how I joined here. What I can say is that this broker is an ideal place for growing as a trader mentally and professionally. They offer a lot of instruments and opportunities to become the best version of yourself in the trading field.

One of the best brokers when it comes to trading costs and flexible account options. If I want to get raw spreads, no commission, or less swaps, I can do all dat no problem

I think they have to add an option to switch between dynamic and manual margin modes. Sometimes I need one over the other

I really like the tools- they are sharp, withdrawals mostly on time, and the app doesn’t freeze. Kind of shocking in a good way.

Add a night mode and maybe chill with the alerts. It’s like it knows I’m trying to sleep.

New AI tool forced me to write a review here. That one is not bad at all.

I guess if they would make withdrawal instant and not take 1-1.5 hours for me, that would be ideal.

Started trading last year, daytrading exotics and stocks, fees for them are small enough, recently got into the use of the ai feature, raised my profits significantly.
