Algorithmic trading is my main focus, so finding a broker that supports EAs without limitations was a priority. I use a couple of custom Expert Advisors on MT5 to trade 24/7, and some brokers either restrict EAs or their servers can’t handle the constant activity.

I decided to test SolidECN with one of my less aggressive algorithms first to see how it performed. Setup was straightforward since it’s just MT5 – I loaded up my EA, set the parameters, and let it run on a VPS close to the broker’s server. Over the first month, I was pleased to see no random disconnects or downtime from their side.

The EA runs around the clock, placing maybe a dozen trades per day, and I haven’t noticed any odd behavior like delays in order execution. Latency is low enough that even my scalping algorithm can trade news spikes without getting crippled by slippage. One particular thing I liked is that there were no limitations on things like hedging or the number of orders – some brokers impose weird rules that can hinder automated systems, but I didn’t encounter any of that here. I also tried a more high-frequency strategy during a demo and then on a small live account and the results were comparable, which tells me the live environment is close to the demo.

Another plus: SolidECN’s low spreads and commission structure mean my EAs have an easier time staying profitable. I’m gradually gaining confidence to allocate more of my automated portfolio to this broker, although I’m still keeping an eye on things since they’re not regulated. So far, for an algo trader like me, the experience has been solid.

The deposit and withdraw process was handy — the money moved almost instantly on the blockchain. I also noticed they have a solid MT5 interface that is easy to navigate.

During my trial period, I took advantage of the support and educational materials they offered. Once I got confident, I went live and appreciated how stable the platform was even during volatile moves. Still, I often remind myself about the cons: SolidECN is not regulated by any major authority, and they clearly state no investor protection. For that reason, I never leave a large balance idle; I withdraw profits as needed. Overall, if you know what you’re doing, SolidECN provides good ECN-like conditions, albeit with the usual offshore caveats.

Back in Aug 22, solid had a no-deposit bonus promotion, where I got $50 just for registering and I was able to trade with the credit bonus I actually withdrew the profits which had terms and conditions attached to them. That is how I was acquainted to this fx broker I hope the broker brings back this promotion

Trading conditions are sweet and spicy, low spreads, low commission, etc but I do think that the broker can do better with their bonuses.

40% is a bit on the low side for high leverage of 1;1000, 50% would be fair, and 100% would be great.

Hopefully this will be the case very soon, otherwise, I will have to find other alternatives one thing I know for sure is I won't be able to find a trustworthy high-leverage broker like Solid.

Holy Account is swap free which makes it possible for me to trade with this broker based on my Islamic religon the leverage is nice and high but risky only try if you have experience with the market otherwise this is a good forex broker.
