I've been trading with them for more than a year now. With ups and downs in my trading strategy, trading on different market conditions, the execution stays stable and with low cost.
I never had a moment where I felt undervalued or forgotten, like with other companies, when you join with only a couple of thousand. Also, I've learned a lot and improved my trading strategy with their EA tools. And they give it all free of charge, like Free VPS and many Expert Advisors and Indicators. I highly appreciate their client orientation.

SwitchMarkets unjustly canceled approximately $97,000 of profits from my FX and CFD trading, and have since shamelessly ignored all communication attempts, completely avoiding accountability. Their unethical business practices, combined with an absolute lack of responsiveness, clearly demonstrate their fraudulent intentions. Due to their outrageous conduct, I am currently pursuing legal action against them.
Avoid this company at all costs unless you enjoy losing your money to thieves who vanish as soon as they have your profits.

You have been an active client of Switch Markets for several months, during which you executed over 250 successful transactions — including multiple profitable withdrawals, all processed without issue. We have consistently provided you with uninterrupted access to trading and support, without restricting your activity or access to funds.
The matter concerning the $97,000 you referenced has been clearly communicated to you via email. To reiterate, your trading account was found to have engaged in trading based on either Inside Dealing Information or pricing and server lag, or both, which was flagged not only by our internal systems but also formally reported by our Liquidity Providers. They confirmed that this type of flow is unacceptable and in violation of fair trading conditions.
Specifically, the trading behavior observed resembled latency arbitrage or server delay manipulation, both of which are strictly prohibited under our Terms and Conditions — a document acknowledged and accepted by all clients upon onboarding. As a result, profits derived from this trading method were canceled in line with industry-standard policies.
We fully understand your disappointment, and we regret that this situation has led to frustration. However, we are committed to maintaining a fair, ethical, and compliant trading environment for all clients. That includes taking action when trading behavior violates ethical or contractual boundaries.
